:: 少泽(小肠经1) Shaoze(SI1) ::


	穴义少，幼小；泽，沼泽。穴在小指上，脉气初生之处，如始于小泽。			Meaning Shao, young of small; ze, marsh. The point is located on the small finger where the Qi of meridian has just originated, like a small marsh.
	定位小指尺侧甲角旁约0.1寸。			Location On the ulnar side of the little finger, about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail.
	主治昏迷，发热，乳痛，产后乳少，指端麻木。			Indication Coma, fever, breast carbuncle, location deficiency, numbness of the finger tip.
	针法浅刺0.1寸或点刺出血。			Method 0.1cun superficially or peck into bleeding

	穴义前，前后之前；谷，山谷。第五掌指关节前凹陷如谷。穴当其处。			Meaning Qian, front; gu, valley. The depression in front of the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint is like a valley, and here the point is located.
	定位握拳，第五掌指关节前尺侧横纹头赤白肉际处。			Location When a loose fist is made, the point is on the ulnar side, distal to the 5th metacarpophelangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.
	主治发热，头痛，目痛，产后乳少，手指麻木。			Indication fever, headache, eyeache,lactation deficiency, numbness of the finger.

	穴义后，前后之后；溪，沟溪。第五掌指关节后凹陷如溪，穴当其处。			Meaning Hou, back; xi, brook. The depression in front of the 5th matacarpophalangeal joint is like a brook, and here the point is located.
	定位握拳，第五掌指关节后尺侧横纹头赤白肉际处。			Location When a loose fist is made, the point is on the ulnar side, proximal to the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint, at the end of the trasverse crease and the junction of the red and white skin.
	主治 ① 治头、面、耳、目病 ② 颈项强痛，落枕等 ③ 治疟疾要穴 ④ 局部治五指的拘挛，常与合谷配用。			Indication 1. diseases of head, face, ear and eyes 2. stiffness and pain of the neck, stiff neck 3. main point for malaria 4. spasm of the fingers, often used with Hegu point

	穴义腕，腕部；骨，骨头。穴在腕部骨间。			Meaning Wan, wrist; gu, bone. The point is between the bones of the wrist.
	定位当第五掌骨基底与三角骨之间凹陷中。			Location in the depression between the base of 5th metacarpal bone and the triquetral bone.
	主治头痛、项强、急性腰扭伤，胆囊炎、腕关节痛。			Indication headache, nape rigidity, acute sprain of the lumbar, sciatic cholecystitis, pain in the wrist joint.
	针法直刺0.5寸-1寸			Method perpendicularly 0.5-1cun

:: 阳谷(小肠经5) Yanggu(SI5) ::


	穴义阳，阴阳之阳；谷，山谷。外为阳。腕外骨隙形如山谷，穴当其处。			Meaning Yang, Yang of Yin-Yang; gu, valley. The exterior is Yang. The seam on the exterior aspect of the wrist is like a valley, and here the point is located.
	定位尺骨茎突与三角骨之间凹陷中。			Location in the depression between the styloid process of the ulna and triquetral bone.
	主治发热，精神病，头痛，耳鸣，耳聋，腕关节痛。			Indication fever, mental disorder, headache, tinnitus, deafness, pain in the wrist joint.
	针法直刺0.3-0.5寸			Method perpendicularly 0.3-0.5cun

	穴义养，赡养；老，老人。此穴善治目花，耳聋，腰酸和肩痛等老年人常见病证。			Meaning Yang, to support; lao, the aged. This point is useful in treating such geriatric diseases as blurring of vision, deafness, lumbago and shoulder pain.
	定位尺骨茎突桡侧缘上方骨陷处。			Location the point is located in the bony cleft on the radial side superior to the styloid process of the ulna.
	主治视力减退，落枕，肘臂酸痛。			Indication blurring vision, stiff neck, aching of the elbow and arm.
	针法直刺0.3-0.5寸			Method perpendicularly 0.5-0.8cun

:: 支正(小肠经7) Zhizheng(SI7) ::


	穴义支，支别；正，正经。小肠经之络脉由此别离正经，走向心经。			Meaning Zhi, divergence; zheng, regular meridian. The collateral of the Small Intestine Meridian diverges from this point to the Heart Meridian.
	定位阳谷穴与小海穴的连线上，阳谷穴上5寸处。			Location 5 cun above Yanggu, on the line joining Yanggu and Xianhai.
	主治发热头痛，精神病，落枕，肘臂酸痛。			Indication fever, headache, mental disorder, stiff neck, aching of elbow and arm.
	针法直刺1-1.5寸			Method perpendicularly 1-1.5cun

:: 小海(小肠经8) Xiaohai(SI8) ::


	穴义小，微小；海，海洋。小，指小肠经。此系小肠经合穴，气血至此，犹如水流入海。			Meaning Xiao, Small; hai, sea. Xiao refers to the Small Intestine Meridian, and this is its He-Sea Point. The arrival of Qi and blood at this point is like water flowing into the sea.
	定位屈肘，当尺骨鹰嘴与肱骨内上髁之间凹陷中。			Location in the depression between the olecranon of the ulna and the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The point is located with the elbow flexed.
	主治舞蹈病，癫痫，肩臂酸痛。			Indication chorea, epilepsy, mental disorder, stiff neck, aching of elbow and arm.
	针法直刺0.3-0.5寸			Method perpendicularly 0.3-0.5cun

:: 天宗(小肠经11) Tianzong(SI11) ::


	穴义天，天空，指上部；宗，尊得。意为人体上部的重要俞穴。			Meaning Tian, the upper part; zong, respect. Tianzong means an important point on the upper part of the body.
	定位当肩胛岗下缘与肩胛骨下角连线上，中1/3处。			Location upper and middle 1/3 of the line between the lower border of the scapular spine and the inferior angle of the scapular.
	主治主要用于肩胛区局部病痛。			Indication mainly for pains in the scapular area.
	针法直刺0.5-1寸，形体消瘦者斜刺。			Method puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1cun. For thin conditions, oblique puncture is reccomended.

:: 听宫(小肠经19) Tinggong(SI19) ::


	穴义听，听闻；宫，宫殿。听官，指耳宫。穴在耳部，治耳病，有通耳窍之功。			Meaning Ting, hearing; gone, palace. Tinggong refers to the ear. The point is located in front of the ear and is indicated in otological diseases.
	定位耳屏与下颌关节之间，张口时呈凹陷处。			Location between the targus and the mandibular joint where a depression is formed when the mouth is slightly open.
	主治 ① 耳疾要穴，治耳鸣，耳聋等。 ② 下颌关节痛，张咽难等。			Indication 1. main point for ear diseases, such as tinnitus, deafness, etc. 2. pain of the mandibular joint, difficulty in opening the mouth.
	针法直刺1-1.2寸，若张口取穴，最好口中咬物以固定其位置。			Method puncture perpendicularly 1-1.2cun. When the mouth is open in locating the point, better to put something in the mouth to fix the position.
